Cool courtyard
A feature wall can really help to create the illusion of space in a courtyard or garden…
Ayuin Property Development had just finished phase one of a new development in Sandringham. The second stage of the development was to build another high end apartment block on the adjacent Block. To give the residents of the initial apartments something to look at other than a building site they erected a massive wooden hoarding and got Urban Enhancement to come in and add a few layers of paint.
The artwork captures the colours and shapes of local indigenous flora, which adds a lovely background to the planting done in the lush green communal garden.
The work is massive and was done in coloured stages. It took two of our artists five days to complete painting the artwork.
